Are my
on-line transactions safe/secure?
Yes, we use PayPal to process our transactions. Security

How long
will it take to get my Mother Bracelet or Mother Necklace?
If you pay by Credit Card*, online, it generally takes 2-3 days
to create your personalized name bracelet or name necklace. Unless
otherwise specified, I send all domestic packages Priority
Mail® which averages 2-3 days.
*Echecks can take up to 6 days to clear.
How long
will it take to get my watch?
It generally takes 7 days to create your personalized sterling
silver watch. Around the holidays the lead time increases so order
as early as possible!
How do I know
what size to order?
Mother's
Bracelets: If you are unsure about the bracelet size to
order measure your wrist and add 3/4" to 1" for bracelets.
FYI - 85% of all bracelets are 7 1/2".
Mother's Necklaces: The 18" necklaces will not hang
down very far. A 36" necklace would be a necklace you would
wear similar to a charm necklace or a prayer box necklace.
How many
names can I get on one Mother's Bracelet?
You can have up to five strings per Mother's Bracelet and up to
two names per string (space permitting).You could have 10 names
per bracelet. On watches you can have
up to 4 names. On Mother's Necklaces
you could have up to 10 names!
Can I add
another name later?
Yes, you may add additional names later (space permitting).
How do
I know that I am getting a quality product?
We use strong, flexible & kink resistant accu-flex beading
wire. The wire we use actually has 49 strands (7 bundles of 7
wires) twisted together. We also use high quality sterling silver,
gold-filled beads and other gems stones in our Mother's Bracelets,
Mother's Necklaces and watches.
Do you
offer numbers? Could I have my baby's name and birthdate on the
bracelet?
Yes! You would just order a 2 string bracelet for one child, or
a 4 string bracelet for 2 children. Click
here for an example. You could put both name and date on one
string (space permitting) but you will pay $1.50 for every letter
or number over 9.
Is there
lead in the crystal beads? I thought lead was dangerous as the
body can absorb it.
Yes, there is lead in true crystal beads. This lead is what
gives the bead a lot of its sparkle. The lead is processed into
the glass, making it crystal. There is a very minute amount in
this process, that it would involve ingesting a large amount to
even begin to have a reaction. The lead from these beads is not
absorbed into the body.
I have
an estimate you gave me last month. Is it still good? Written
estimates are good for 60 days.

Do you
offer 14k solid gold beads?
Yes, we offer 14k solid gold beads but we only use them in our
name necklaces. We offer 14k gold-filled beads for bracelets.
They are stronger because the gold is laid over sterling silver.
How many
names will fit on one string?
That varies depending on the length or size of the bracelet and
the number of letters in the name. All bracelets are priced for
up to 9 letters per string. We could put up to 22 letters per
string, but you wouldn't have many other beads on the bracelet.
Additional letters (over 9 per string) are $1.75 per letter block
bead.
Child
Sized Bracelets: These bracelets are not intended for
young children who put things in their mouths. I use professional
grade beading wire which is 7 strands bundled together with 7
additional bundles for a total of 49 strands but sometimes they
do break and a child could choke on a small bead. Please monitor
all children who are wearing bracelets with beads.
